Got a call saying my internet would be down for a day because they’d found an issue with the line. Then they told me to press 1 or 2 to get through to BT. Don’t fall for it, just hang up straight away. It’s definitely not BT, they’re trying to scam you and get your info. A relative got the same call from the exact same number earlier today. Watch out, it’s dodgy!
