So this bloke calls me up sounding like his English is really poor, barely making sense, just keeps saying he's from Sky and there's an issue with the internet. Then he starts going on about some red or green light thing. When I tried to find out who he thought he was talking to, all he’d say was he needed to sort the Sky internet problem (bit of a laugh that). I kept asking who I was and who he was meant to be talking to, but he just insisted he was with Sky. After a while, he got fed up and dropped a new phrase on me - “ok you are idiot”. What a strange call!
