According to the Telephone Preference Service, they can't track these rogues because they simply do not make the effort. I unwittingly used a phone shop linked to these chaps a couple of years back, and it seems they could very well be the parent company - or worse, they're simply snooping on your details. Once they’ve keened in on the fact that your mobile contract is up for a renewal, be ready for a barrage of phone calls, messages, and emails. They engage in relentless pestering. It’s quite shocking how they manage to circumvent call-blocking tech; even if you think you’ve blocked them, their systems find a way around it. The same applies to their email tactics - they play tricks with their email addresses so you can't effectively block their communications. It’s a right nuisance and feels utterly underhanded!
