Got a call from someone saying they were with some insurance aftercare team. Sounded quite legit at first and we even had a bit of a friendly chat. I thought she was hired by my insurance company to ask about how things went. Then she realised the damage to my car was just a tiny scratch and immediately ended the call! Feels like one of those dodgy 'injury claim' scammers. It’s creepy how they had my number, knew my name, and exactly when the accident happened!

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from some car insurance follow-up team. She said she wanted to check if we were alright after our recent crash and whether we were happy with how the insurance firm handled things. Then she started asking questions about who was driving, how upset we were by the accident, who else was in the vehicle, and who's fault it was. When I asked her if she was actually working for the insurance company and wanted to know why she needed all that info, she suddenly hung up without explaining.

Yesterday I got a call from a woman claiming she was from aftercare but the number showed up as no caller ID. I was at work at the time. Then she called again today, and when she asked who was in the car with me, my husband responded saying the insurance company would handle that.

I keep getting calls from 0161 399 0164 and they keep pretending to be someone else, really annoying!

Absolutely terrible experience with these guys. Super aggressive and really impolite. Feels like they’re just out to grab people for legal claims. Avoid if you can.
