I got calls from this number twice, once around 9.16am on 6th November 2020 and then again about 12.15pm on 13th November 2020. Didn’t pick up cause the number was unfamiliar. I’m based in Walsall.

After seeing all the other comments, I'm definitely going to block this number. They called my nan, who’s 93, and shockingly they knew her name even though she’s ex-directory - so no way they should have had her details. They kept asking about her mobility, how she moves around the flat, and even how old her mattress is. Pretty clear they’re trying to sell something dodgy.

My elderly neighbour, who's 92, got a call from someone called Sheila who kept pushing him to agree to a 'mattress swap'. The caller said they’d be back to replace his current mattress with a special Mobility Care one. He didn’t share any payment info on the phone at all. I reckon when they ring him again, they’ll try and pressure him into parting with lots of cash. Definitely steering clear of this lot. I'm thinking about reporting it to the police.

Just got a call a moment ago, and they already knew my name. They started asking about any health problems. My husband began to reply but then asked how they got our details and why they were ringing us. The person on the line seemed dodgy with their answers, so my husband said he wasn’t impressed and suspected it was some sort of scam. The call cut off straight away after that.
