Received a call claiming I was involved in an accident, which is utterly ridiculous as I've never had a car accident in my life. Definitely a scam call, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

I picked up the call from a number listed as being from Ripley, England-01773 405821, if anybody's curious. I greeted the caller with a “hello,” but then the line went dead. Not sure if I was speaking to a human or just another automated dialler playing tricks!
