When I do answer, they’re always pushing me to file a claim for some accident last March, but they won’t take no for an answer! I’m wondering if there’s a way to get them to remove my info from their database or stop these calls altogether? I work night shifts, so these constant calls are really messing up my sleep.

I answered once and it was someone from an accident claims company saying they were handling a claim for me about a car insurance matter from December last year. They keep trying to get me to admit I got hurt in the accident, which I didn’t. I told them I’m not interested in making any claim, but they still call me a few times every day.
