Got a call from someone claiming their server had alerted them to issues with my wifi. You could hear loads of chatter in the background, like they were in a busy office or something. The bloke kept grilling me about the colour lights on my router and looked a bit shocked when I said I didn’t own any other wifi devices. Honestly, I’ve got no clue who they were, so I’m marking it as suspicious just to be safe. Be careful with calls like this.

Got a call claiming to be from BT who then asked what our bill amount was. I told them if they really worked for BT they’d already have that info and just hung up. Seems like they’re just trying to drum up customers.
