10 yearsI had a rather frustrating encounter with a bloke from a firm he only mentioned by its initials. The chap, who I suspect hails from Liverpool, blurted out, "Why haven't you put in a claim for your category C payout?" rather abruptly, without so much as a preamble. He finally got around to clarifying that it pertained to the accident I was involved in, but when I told him I hadn’t made any such claim, he had the audacity to argue back.
