I received a quote from Safestyle Windows (01772 766690), and ever since, they’ve been hounding me with calls! I’ve clearly stated “no” and informed them I’ve chosen to go with another company, yet they persist with their incessant ringing. Honestly, I've resorted to ignoring their calls, hoping that eventually they'll take the hint and leave me be.

Foolishly gave them my phone number when some bloke came by asking if I wanted a free estimate. They called me non-stop, about 16 times in just a few hours, and got really cheeky when I asked them to stop. Ended up blocking the number.

oh sorry, I got it wrong before and said the ceo of safestyle was steve lancaster. it’s actually steve, and his email is steve.80. if these people dont stop calling, just send him a message saying he’s personally accountable for what his employees are doing and that you’ll be reporting him and his company to ofcom, /co, and whoever else you want.

i had the same issue with these guys a while back. in the end i managed to get hold of their ceo and warned him that if they phoned me again i’d report them to ofcom and others. the ceo then was some bloke named steve lancaster, and i found his email on a really good site called [#]{#/ceoemaill###]_ not sure if lancaster's still with them but looks like safestyle havent changed their usual ways.

Safestyle UK are utterly shameless! They seem to have zero respect for the law or basic decency. They kept ringing my late dad, who had dementia, even after being told several times to stop. It’s like they thrive on pestering people relentlessly until they give up or snap. Seriously, steer clear of this awful company. They’re a complete disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves! A representative from Safestyle managed to persuade my husband to arrange for our windows to be measured for a quote, but I swiftly put a stop to that when I returned home. When the chap arrived later to take the measurements, I firmly informed him that we weren’t interested in purchasing any windows. He didn’t seem to take it too well and left rather disgruntled. Shortly after, we found ourselves bombarded with six missed calls from his mobile within a mere couple of minutes. We opted not to pick up, as it was clearly listed online as a nuisance number. To be honest, it felt quite overbearing and uncomfortable for us.

So, I've been dealing with Safestyle UK, but it turns out they’re also linked to a firm known as Star Group Recruitment. Apparently, they collaborate with the job centre, and if you don't take an interview, they can threaten to cut your benefits. The worst part? They hardly let you express yourself! Honestly, they're a bunch of arrogant idiots with appalling manners. One of them even had the nerve to challenge me to a fight! I felt like leaping through the phone just to give him a piece of my mind. They haven’t got a clue what they’re playing at!

Received a call from someone pushing window sales, and they were shouting on the line. When we tried to ring back, the person on the other end got aggressive, threatening us by saying they had our address and knew where we resided. To make matters worse, it turned out it was the manager!
