From what I can tell this number is fine, although loads of folks say it’s Homeserve. When they rang me, they left a message and it was actually from hospital referral management.

When you call, it makes this really annoying loud buzzing sound, kinda like a fax tone but goes on and on. Businesses doing this should seriously get negative feedback, it’s not considerate for people with sensory issues. Just show your actual phone number so we don’t have to bother searching who’s calling.
