3 yearsScam call alert! I received a rather dubious call from someone masquerading as BT Internet, which, as most of us know, is a telecommunications provider here in the UK. They then switched tactics, claiming to be from Microsoft. Their aim was obviously to secure access to my computer, likely with the intention of infiltrating my internet banking details. Quite the dodgy business, if you ask me!UKMicrosoft3 yearsKept hearing this lady's voice just saying 'hello' over and over again.3 yearsRelentlessly bothersome!3 yearsNo clue where the call came from, my call blocker didn’t pick it up at all.3 yearsI received a rather curious call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming she was from Microsoft and had some information regarding me. When I expressed my doubts about her authenticity, she became quite affronted. I suggested I would return her call through Microsoft's official number, and to my surprise, she abruptly hung up. Attempting to ring her back only resulted in a message stating that the number was no longer in service. It’s astonishing how often we receive these types of calls!Microsoft3 yearsThey rang me saying I was with Sky, and when I said I wasn’t, they just went ahead and called me a liar. Weirdly enough, the very same number called me the day before pretending to be from BT. Proper dodgy behaviour.SkyBT3 yearsI didnt pick up as I didn’t know the number, just let it ring out. No voicemail was left, but there was some office chatter in the background. Most likely just a telemarketer.3 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be Sky, she was really pushy and rude when I told her I’m not a customer.Sky3 yearsSomebody called me claiming to be from Openreach.
