5 yearsI got a call this afternoon, 1/6/21 around 2:30pm, from a man with an Asian accent claiming to be from Sky. He said I was owed £208 because I’d been charged too much. I said "oh, that’s brilliant." He repeated the amount and I said great again. Then he asked me to say my phone number, which I did, but when he wanted my account number, I told him I don’t even have Sky. After that, he just hung up. Pretty clear this was a scam trying to get my bank info.Sky5 yearsI answered the call, assuming it was a local UK number, but there was silence on the other end. How peculiar!UK5 yearsI got a dodgy call from someone saying they were from Sky’s refunds team. They wanted me to confirm my DOB first and then my bank details.
