It's the same firm that handles the NHS eye care service, so it's for real. However, since the number was unfamiliar to me, I ignored the calls hoping for a voicemail - but there was none. So I ended up looking them up on this website and gave them a ring afterwards.

I tried searching the number on Google too and found out it's Community Health & Eyecare Ltd, they do NHS work. I gave them a ring back and managed to sort out my next appointment. Not sure why people are saying it’s harassment.

They refused to say who they were or why they were calling. Totally sounded like a scam to me.
