Definitely a scam! Someone rang me up claiming there were two dodgy transactions on my card and went into detail about them. They never told me who they were or which card they were talking about, but they wanted me to either approve or block the payments. The voice sounded exactly like a message I once heard on an answering machine, so maybe they copied it from there.
