9 yearsI got a call from a woman who asked for me by name, saying it was about my pension performance. Since I just turned 60, I've been getting loads of calls like this recently. I asked if I was still receiving statements from them, told her I’d never heard of the company. She then gave me a customer service number, 08009178047, saying I needed to ring them straight away. When I called, it connected me to the AMEX card insurance line, but I’ve never even had an AMEX card. Bit worried, but likely just dodgy people trying their luck.
