I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from some ‘global internet company’ and could boost my internet speed. When I asked if she knew my ISP, she actually gave the correct name, but I wasn’t convinced. So I requested some proof of who she really was. She sounded annoyed and sounded a bit fed up, so I told her if there was anything going on, they could just email me or get in touch with my actual internet provider. Feels like a dodgy call and they’re probably just trying to make a quick buck.

I picked up the call from this number but no one said anything before they just disconnected. Really have no clue who it could've been.

I picked up the phone and there was nothing but silence before they ended the call after about 20 seconds. Honestly, it's better to just let it ring and not bother answering if they get in touch.
