Absolutely, it's those chaps at Homeserve again! Like quite a few others sharing their experiences here, we've been rather gullible, shelling out a fair bit to them for years. When the time came to sort out our boiler, they dispatched a right charlatan who didn't fix a thing and then couldn't be bothered to respond to any of our calls or follow-up complaints. We ended up stuck without heating or hot water for over a week! Honestly, we’re relieved we didn't have to deal with their customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all!
