I’ve had this number ring me like a dozen times a week, always saying they have some tax stuff about opting out of a Serps pension that supposedly was signed for. Thing is, the person they want doesn’t even handle things themselves - they’ve got bad memory problems and only a part-time carer dealing with calls. They wouldn’t be making contact with the tax office or anyone else on their own. These callers are really relentless and quite forceful about it.

This number has called me so many times in the past week, probably around 20, but as soon as I answer, they just drop the call. It’s so annoying!
