I only discovered the call after I turned the phone on to see the battery level - and there was no voicemail or anything.

At first, I didn't pick up because the number was unfamiliar, but then I noticed it was from nearby, so I tried ringing back. Turns out, that number doesn’t actually exist. Feels like one of those dodgy scam calls to me.

Just a heads up about this number, it seems sketchy. I rang it back using a private number and an automated voice with an American accent picked up. The message said if you wanna opt out, leave your name, number and postcode and they'll do it within 72 hours. Thing is, it never says what exactly you're opting out of, which is pretty dodgy.
