The caller then claimed to be working on behalf of N Power but refused to clarify their purpose unless we first divulged our details. Naturally, we hung up. I plan to contact N Power directly tomorrow for clarification.

He wouldn't disclose his identity or the company he represented, merely insisting he was with "PC W Wales." The moment we attempted to corroborate our details, he responded with a casual, "right then," and promptly hung up. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
