This lot claiming to represent an energy firm are nothing but con artists. Just steer clear of any communication with them - it’s not worth your time to engage.

I didnt pick up but they left a voicemail mentioning Aadvark Swift, a company I've had dealings with previously. Strangely, the number they asked me to ring back was different from the one that called me. Bit odd for them to use what looks like a spam number for the first call.

Some bloke rang claiming to be from Virgin Media, saying there was dodgy stuff happening with my router and IP. Then he told me to get Quick Support from the app store. When I asked if he thought I was daft, he just told me to bugger off, pretty funny actually!
