I received a couple of calls from a number that was masked. Shortly after, I got a text message from this number. We had submitted a claim for an emergency power issue, but I’m aware they couldn't find an electrician nearby, so I had to sort one out myself. Not planning on returning the call.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from an insurance company, seeking payment. However, when I requested more information and suggested that they should send me an email first, so I could process the payment myself, they abruptly hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
