Got a ring on my landline and picked up, but there was nothing but silence on the other side. After a short pause, I caught a clicking sound, then like a kind of static you’d hear in an open line - made me think they might’ve been trying to pass the call somewhere else. I ended the call right there. Not really sure what was supposed to happen with that. The number showed as being from Preston.
