Hallo zusammen, ich hätte da mal eine Frage. Weiss hier jemand, woher dieser Text stammt? Bei welchem Anbieter seid ihr denn? Eplus hat ja damals auch so eine miese Masche abgezogen... Ich bin jetzt bei O2 und würde gerne wissen, ob es da Ähnlichkeiten gibt, was die Netzbetreiber angeht.

Ich habe gerade dieselbe Nachricht erhalten und blöderweise auch schon darauf geantwortet. Ich bezweifle sehr, dass man mit irgendwelchen Kosten konfrontiert wird, falls man nicht bei der 81177 anruft. Sollte jemand nähere Informationen haben, wäre ich für eine Rückmeldung dankbar. I’ve received a text from an unknown number, so we decided to look it up and stumbled upon this site. The German message displayed under "Caller ID" is rather puzzling. We reckon that this number isn’t worth the bother, and we won’t be giving them a call back.

Just to clarify, I've got BASE and not O2. Since 0177 corresponds to an Eplus area code, I wasted no time in replying.

Lass mich bitte wissen, falls du dazu etwas herausfindest. Ich werde vorerst einfach mal abwarten. Bei mir ist die erste Nachricht um viertel vor zwölf eingetroffen, und nachdem ich nicht reagiert habe, erhielt ich um viertel vor drei die zweite. Da wurde mir nahegelegt, doch mal zu klären, wie die Sache steht. Ich halte es jetzt erst mal ruhig und beobachte die Situation. Es ist allerdings schon etwas seltsam, dass ich gleich drei solcher Anrufe von O2 erhalten habe.

Blimey! Gerade habe ich erneut eine Nachricht von der 81172 erhalten, und wieder ist es irgendein Geschöpf, das angeblich Interesse an mir hat - sehr merkwürdig, ehrlich gesagt. Kommt so etwas bei euch auch häufig vor, oder war das nur ein einmaliger Schlag ins Wasser? Ich mache mir echt Sorgen, dass ich am Ende eine horrende Rechnung für all diese Nachrichten bekomme, wenn ich einfach nichts unternehme. Oh dear! :((

Have any of you lot explored the new benefits scheme yet? Do you have to indicate you’re open to receiving promotions or something similar? I’m just wondering if that’s where this all stems from. Just now, I received a message from customer support saying: “Your mobile number will be blocked for the claimed services in the coming hours.” Fingers crossed that this puts an end to the hassle. It’s quite sneaky of them, to say the least!

Ich habe mir die neue Vorteilswelt mal angesehen, aber nicht wirklich etwas unternommen. Dort steht ja nur, dass man Freunde werben kann und so weiter. Seit gestern habe ich auch endlich mal meine Ruhe, mal sehen, wie es weitergeht.
