I received a call that abruptly ended the moment I picked up. When I attempted to return the call, it connected to E-Plus’s customer service centre. It seems these folks are rather keen on pushing extra services onto unsuspecting customers! The operator on the other end was utterly helpless in taking my number off their contact list. Apparently, they can only do that if the rep is willing to 'sell' you something. Well done, E-Plus! By the way, the same goes for the number 01771271360 - quite the experience, I must say!

I received a rather abrupt hang-up when I answered the call. Trying to return the call led me straight to a service centre affiliated with E-Plus. It seems like these folks are more interested in peddling extra services than anything else. When I spoke to the representative, they were utterly incapable of removing my number from their calling list. It's quite amusing how they can only disconnect you if they think you might purchase something. Cheers, E-Plus, for that enlightening experience. Oh, and I’ve noticed that the number 01771271360 operates in much the same vein.

Diese Nummer hat mich mittlerweile wahrlich schon etliche Male belästigt, und das alles zu Stunden, in denen ich beruflich verhindert bin, mein Handy zu bedienen. Einmal hatte ich Glück und konnte rangehen, aber kaum hatte ich geantwortet, wurde einfach aufgelegt. Ein Rückruf steht für mich nicht zur Debatte, da ich dafür weder die Zeit noch die Lust habe.
