In der Vergangenheit habe ich bereits häufiger Anrufe von einer 0177-Nummer erhalten, und wenn ich abgehoben habe, war die Leitung immer besetzt. Diesmal jedoch ist es wirklich ärgerlich, denn die Nummer 01771271270 ruft mich seit mehreren Tagen täglich mehrmals an. Wenn ich versuche zurückzurufen, lande ich nur in der Warteschleife bei Base, und niemand geht ans Telefon. Was soll das Ganze? Möchten die etwa ihre Kunden vergraulen?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ebenfalls das Problem, dass ich täglich zwei bis drei Anrufe von der Nummer 01771271270 erhalte. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie man sich effektiv dagegen wehren kann? BEWARE, DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!!! I've just notified my mobile provider about this, and I'm convinced it's definitely NOT customer service. Here's what you should do: IGNORE the calls, inform your provider, and have the number blocked. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU CALL BACK!!!

Ich habe soeben bei Base nachgefragt! Die Nummer gehört definitiv zu ihnen. Offenbar hat die Telefonanlage in letzter Zeit ihre Tücken. Am besten gleich die Base Hotline kontaktieren und kundtun, dass du keine Anrufe mehr erhalten möchtest. Es wäre ratsam, die Nummer 0177/1271270 zu erwähnen; dort sind sie bereits im Bilde, was los ist. Bis dann!

Ich habe zwei Mobiltelefone und werde auf beiden ständig von dieser 0177 Nummer belästigt, oft mehrfach täglich! Wenn ich die Nummer blockiere, rufen sie einfach mit einer anderen an - wirklich ärgerlich. Ich verstehe nicht, was das soll. Und zurückrufen sollte man auf keinen Fall, denn das könnte teuer werden und auf eurer Rechnung landen!

I'm a bit baffled by all this, to be honest. It feels as if I’ve been inundated with calls from what seems to be the base customer service, but they can’t seem to handle their phone system properly. Or perhaps it’s just a clever ruse to get me to call back and rack up charges? I receive these nuisance calls multiple times a day, and I’m seriously considering lodging a complaint. It’s high time I sought a more competent service provider. I'd suggest drafting a cancellation letter and citing this constant harassment as the reason. Who knows, you might even manage to snag a credit out of it as well!

Oh, ich stehe vor einem ähnlichen Dilemma. Seit drei Wochen werde ich regelmäßig von dieser Nummer belästigt. Jedes Mal, wenn ich abhebe, wird einfach aufgelegt - echt ärgerlich. Bisher habe ich keinen Rückruf gewagt, weil man ja immer wieder hört, dass solche dubiosen Anrufe am Ende richtig ins Geld gehen können, wenn man zurückruft. Ich habe wirklich keinen Schimmer, wer da verzweifelt versucht, mich zu erreichen. Es ist einfach frustrierend! :((

Heute Morgen erhielt ich ebenfalls einen Anruf von dieser Nummer. Ich habe gerade versucht, zurückzurufen, aber es ging gleich ein Band dran, und das ohne jegliche Namensnennung.
