Ich wurde ebenfalls ungefähr 30 oder 40 Mal von dieser Nummer kontaktiert. Eines Tages hatte ich tatsächlich das Pech, mit jemandem zu sprechen, der mir einen neuen Vertrag „anbot“. Witze über die Eplus Hotline und den Kundenservice kamen dabei nicht zu kurz - sie behaupteten, dass nur diese Nummer mir helfen könne. Nach einigem Hin und Her in diesem Gespräch hat der Anrufer einfach aufgelegt, nachdem ich ihm meine Bedenken mitgeteilt hatte. „Wir wollten nur helfen, aber ihre Arroganz…“ - das war das letzte, was ich hörte. Also, gebt auf jeden Fall Acht!
