Ich erhielt eine Nachricht von einer Nummer, deren Besitz ich nicht kenne. Darin stand etwas in der Art von: „Sehr geehrter Kunde, herzlich willkommen bei Reisevorteil Plus. Ab sofort profitieren Sie von günstigen neun Cent pro Text innerhalb der EU! Viel Freude beim Nutzen!“. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was das soll!

Das ist die Zentrale von E-Plus! Ich habe bereits unzählige Male diese Nachricht erhalten: „Diese Nachricht konnte nicht versendet werden, bitte laden Sie Ihr Guthaben auf der Prepaid-Karte auf.“ Ich mache mir schon Gedanken, ob ich es vielleicht vergessen habe, aber das ist wirklich nicht der Fall! Ich empfehle allen, die das auch durchleben müssen, einfach an den Kundenservice von E-Plus oder Base zu schreiben: [email protected] oder [email protected]. Es hilft sicher!

Indeed, I've just received a similar message myself. I must admit, I’m rather puzzled by it all. I’m charged 19 pence for each text, and yet, for messages sent outside of Germany, I should only be incurring a cost of 9 pence. It’s quite strange that it doesn’t specify "your base team" or something along those lines. I find the whole situation rather odd, to say the least!
