Today I got a few calls from different numbers, all starting with 9177, saying there was some kind of issue with my visa card and that £600 had vanished. They asked me to press 1 to sort everything out, but I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. This was the third time I’d got a call like this in one day, each from a different number. I’ve blocked them all now - they can take their nonsense elsewhere.
