Got a call from an Indian guy claiming he was from ‘Stoke on Trent’. Said there was some complaint about my energy bills being too high and that he was here to help sort it out. I hung on the line for about 15 minutes, mostly 'cos I found it a bit fun messing with him and letting off steam. He kept contradicting himself and totally lost it after a short while. Absolutely a complete scam.
