7 yearsA bloke with a foreign accent called himself Jack Harper and claimed to be from BT technical support. He said my internet had been hacked and that he could fix it by remotely accessing my computer. I asked him how I could trust him wasn’t the hacker instead, and he said he’d prove he wasn’t by showing me once he got access. When I asked for a number to call him back on, he kept making up excuses about why it was easier if he just got remote control straight away. I ended the call, but he phoned me back right after. I told him I knew he was just trying to scam me, and he hung up on me!Jack HarperBT7 yearsGot a call from a woman with a foreign accent saying she was from BT's tech support.
