Today at 11.55, I received a call from 01768729405. A woman on the other end asked for me by name and immediately inquired, "Are you in debt and in need of a loan to pay it off?" Surprised, I asked her where she obtained my name. She responded, "Weren't you searching for a loan on the computer?" Little did she know, I don't even use a computer (my husband is helping me write this). I found it audacious for her to ask such a personal question. Having informed her that I am not in debt, I politely requested that my details be removed from their database.

They claimed that they could eliminate 75% of my unsecured debt without affecting my credit rating. However, when I informed them that I wasn't interested, they responded with an unpleasant attitude.
