This is definitely some sort of online scam. Don’t listen to the automated voice telling you to press any buttons to get through to their “tech support.” If you’re concerned about your internet, just ring your service provider directly. I got a call saying my internet would be cut off within a day or two because of some illegal stuff going on. It’s a pretty clever way to scare people into doing what they say. From what I’ve heard, it either ends up with a huge phone bill or worse - I know an older guy whose bank account got wiped out after falling for it. Stay careful out there!
