Got a call on my home line around 11:15 on Saturday, 28th Dec 2019. The caller claimed to be from Virgin Media with a recorded message saying my router was outdated and wouldn’t function anymore. They asked me to press 1 to update it. I just ended the call and dumped the number straight away.
