I got a recorded voice from a woman after a brief pause saying the call was from BT and my internet was in danger, she told me to press a button for help. I just hung up straight away. I've had calls like this before and now only pick up on the landline if I know the number. Also had to turn off my answerphone which is a pain. Today I did pick up though because it kept ringing for ages.
