Got hit up by some big marketing call outta the blue. Proper cold call, mate.

We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament following a road traffic collision. When we tried to discuss the matter with our own insurance company, the individuals on the other end abruptly hung up. Oddly enough, they didn’t bother to share their names either. Quite frustrating, really!
