6 yearsGot a call from a man with an Asian accent saying he was with BT Openreach. He mentioned something about problems with internet speeds in my area. He asked if I was the account holder but couldn’t give me the name on the account, even though he claimed to have all my info. When I confirmed I was the account holder, he told me to look at my router and read out the lights. I said I couldn’t get to the router and he just hung up.
