7 yearsGot a robotic message about my Amazon Prime subscription being charged £39.99 soon. It said if that’s wrong, press 1 to speak to an Amazon rep. A lady with an Asian accent and pretty broken English came on the line. I pretended to go along with it and told her I didn’t want Prime. She then asked me to switch on my computer so she could help me cancel it, which obviously was dodgy. I just told her off and hung up. I do shop on Amazon but have never signed up for Prime.
