Beware of this number claiming to be from BT, threatening to disconnect your phone and internet unless you fork out money to keep the services going. I actually called BT myself, and they told me they never make calls warning you about cutting off your phone or internet - they always send a letter first. They warned me the whole thing is just a trick to get your bank details so they can steal from you. Seriously, it’s a nasty scam, so watch out and don’t get caught out!
