I just received a dodgy call from what claimed to be BT, warning me that my internet and landline services are on the verge of being disconnected. They wanted me to press either 1 or 2 to sort it out! What a right nuisance!

Got a robo call claiming it was BT, warning me my internet and phone line would be cut off soon. They told me to press 1 or 2 to either cancel or agree to it - pretty sure pressing would’ve just sent me straight to some expensive premium number. So, I just ended the call.
