This number has rung me twice in a row. Each time there’s a recorded voice saying that BT will cut off my internet and phone today unless I press 1 to stop it or 2 to go ahead with the disconnection. I didn’t press anything, just ended the call. Guess what? My phone’s still up and running! I can’t prove it, but it really feels like a scam to me. I reckon if you press either option, you’ll get stuck on some ridiculously expensive line.
