Today, I received a call from a bloke with a thick Indian accent, insisting he was a BT technician. He started grilling me about my broadband connection, but it quickly became evident that he hadn’t the slightest clue about anything tech-related-my broadband setup, or even the terms of my contract with BT! Definitely didn’t sound like an expert to me.
