Got a call from someone pretending to be BT, told me they were about to cut off our internet and phone. They said press 1 to talk to a tech and 2 to confirm the cancellation. The voice sounded really suspicious, like the bloke was completely drunk or something. Luckily, our internet and phone are still fine, but definitely be careful with calls like this.
