Got a call from some place named CFM with an English bloke shouting about oven cleaning deals. It kept telling me to hit 1 for a quote, repeating it like 5 times! Then suddenly, it sneaks in a "press 5 to stop these annoying calls". Naturally, I thought I'd just press it to shut them up but figured it might be a sneaky trick to trap me into something. So, instead of pressing anything and possibly agreeing to god knows what, I just let the message finish and then the line went dead before hanging up. Aren't these sort of tactics meant to be against the law? I've marked it down as harassment.
