Somebody rang, saying they were from BT Openreach. Now, having done a spell with BT Global Services before, I know that BT Openreach doesn't usually deal with customers directly. Their clients are mainly other telecom companies like Plusnet and other parts of BT. Anyway, the caller went on with the usual line about hearing that my internet has been running slow or something.
