Got a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent saying her name was Jordan and that she worked for BT’s tech support. I wondered where on earth they pick these British names from. I don’t even use BT services, so I told her I wasn’t a customer. As soon as I mentioned that calls from Indian voices usually mean scams, she hung up straight away.

Got a call from a woman with a thick Indian accent, said her name was Jordan and she was from BT tech support. Honestly, why do these folks pick such random British names? I don’t even use BT services, so clearly I’m not on their list. The moment I mentioned that anyone with an Indian accent on the phone is likely a scammer, she hung up straight away.

Received a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent, insisting she was from BT's tech support and calling herself Jordan! Quite amusing, considering I don’t even have any BT services. As soon as I mentioned that I regarded all calls from Indian representatives as suspicious, she abruptly hung up. Quite the cheeky attempt, wasn’t it?
