Phone number ☎️ 01759762491 👆 is reported as a persistent and aggressive nuisance caller operating under the name United Claims Insurance (UCI). They frequently use multiple local numbers to evade blocking, often contacting individuals about past car accidents with disturbing knowledge of personal details, likely sourced improperly. Despite requests to cease calls and efforts to block numbers, the calls persist, sometimes accompanied by rude or abusive behaviour. UCI fails to provide verifiable contact information or legitimate company credentials, raising serious concerns about legitimacy and intent. Victims are strongly advised not to share personal information, report calls to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), and Trading Standards, and document all interactions thoroughly. Regulatory bodies are aware, yet enforcement appears limited, highlighting the need for vigilance and continued reporting.

10 yearsOver the last few evenings, my partner has been bombarded with multiple calls one after the other. Despite her asking them to stop and ending the calls, the caller was quick to ring back from different numbers. As the calls kept coming, the tone on the other end worsened, getting more and more rude and sarcastic, which really upset us. The numbers included 01205 323792, 01904 301465, 01695 346217, 01955 459532, 01896 486919, 01349 293834, and 01736 672807. Although we’ve blocked those, I’m pretty sure more will appear from elsewhere. We’re on the TPS list, but is there any other way to stop this? The caller was from United Claims Insurance UCI.Telephone Preference ServiceUnited Claims InsuranceUCI11 yearsThis company has called me multiple times using loads of different phone numbers. It's creepy how they seem to know loads about you, I reckon they must be getting info from some repair places or something. Whenever I ask them for a number to call back, they just hang up straight away. The caller said they were from united claims insurance.United Claims Insurance11 yearsLoads of annoying calls popping up from loads of different numbers, all saying they’re from UCI. I’ve reported it, but apparently there’s nothing they can do since they can’t track down an address or something. How on earth do these people get away with it?! Every time I block a number, another one rings me from somewhere else. I reckon I’ve had nearly 40 calls by now! - caller says UCI claimsUCI11 yearsI got called by 01955 459562, and it was the same old scam. As soon as I told them I wasn't interested, they just cut me off mid-sentence. Seriously, don’t share any info with these lot!11 yearsHad a ring from someone claiming to be UCI. They keep switchin between numbers, which Ofcom know all about and are telling folks to be careful. Best thing is to write down the number and maybe put the call on speaker to record it. This time they showed a local code on caller ID. Got all the details logged, times and all. No doubt they’ll use fake names too. Ofcom calls these sorts of people spoofers and they're trying to crack down on them. Watch out for these UCI calls!UCIOFCOMCaller11 yearsI got a call from a bloke named Robert claiming to be from United Claims Insurance about a crash I was involved in last year. He seemed to know loads of specific info - the month it happened, what car I was driving, and even that it wasn’t my fault. He mentioned they were acting for a law firm, so I rang that firm up. Turns out the firm’s legit, registered with the SRA, but they said they have no connection to these people. I’m not the only one who’s checked with them either. They suggested I report it to the SRA, and they’re planning to do the same. What’s weird is you can’t get a proper number from UCI; the one they call from is a fake local number and they refuse to say anything else. They’ve called me twice in 12 hours now, plus once about two months ago. I’m just going to mess about with them each time they ring, hold them up a bit, and enjoy trying to dig out info from them. Quite a laugh, really! Caller ID showed UCI.RobertUnited Claims InsuranceSolicitors Regulation AuthoritySRAUnited ClaimsUCI11 yearsIts the same kind of thing over and over again. They call from loads of different numbers, so no point putting them all here. TPS seems useless even if you’ve registered your number with them, cause these spammers just ignore it. Best bet is to keep reporting them to the ICO and tell them what’s happening. Maybe if enough people complain, TPS will get more power to tackle this. United Claims Insurance calls are the worst, they really need to be shut down.Telephone Preference ServiceTPSInformation Commissioner ’ s OfficeICOUnited Claims Insurance11 yearsFor about half a year now, I've been receiving calls from this company about a car accident I had a year and a half back. They always use different phone numbers each time. Today, the number showed as 01608 439625, but the caller's Northern accent hasn't changed. This is the third time they've phoned me this week! I've asked them to take my number off their list, but I'm pretty sure they'll keep ringing me anyway. I ended up reporting them to trading standards, and it turns out I'm not the only one who's complained... - caller: U.c.I.11 yearsThe phone rang once more and this time I ended up chatting to a lady called Natalie. She claimed it was about some accident, but sorry love, I haven’t been in any. When I asked for a contact number, she said she didn't have one. I then pointed out that the number they were ringing from shows as disconnected, which she couldn’t explain. I asked her for the company’s registration number and then the line just cut off. The caller said the company was UCI - United Claims Insurance.NatalieUCIUnited Claims Insurance11 yearsBeen getting calls from a bunch of local Liverpool numbers from this UCI, or United Claims Insurance. Every time I ask for their registered name or company number, they dodge the question. One person even said they operate out of Vernon Street in Liverpool - but who knows if that's true. They say they don’t have a website, no proper contact number, nothing solid to verify. It really makes it tricky to block em properly. I’m putting all the info over to the ICO, fingers crossed they can do something about these lot. - caller ID: UCIUCIUnited Claims InsuranceVernon StreetLiverpoolICO11 yearsThese lot ring from what looks like local numbers to get you to pick up. The moment I said I’ve never been in an accident or that I’m not interested, they started being really rude. I really want to find out who they are, so I can pay them a little visit and show them some respect is needed - caller: Scammers with terrible attitudes.11 yearsFor the last three months, I’ve been getting loads of calls from UCI, using different local numbers each time. They say that because the crash I was in over a year ago left my car badly damaged, the insurers have set aside some cash for me for "Minor Discomfort". I eventually got fed up and just kept quiet enough to get transferred a couple of times. They then passed me over to another firm who claim they’ll handle the case on a no win no fee basis against the other party. Apparently, just admitting I was in a collision was enough to progress. (Well, how else would I feel about a crash when I was sat in the car?). This new company seems to be calling from some unknown number, and I’m just letting them do their thing for now. Hopefully, UCI will end up getting a bill for their pushy attitude. From the beginning, UCI kept trying to pressure me and even suggested things like “you could treat yourself with the payout,” as if to encourage me to exaggerate the accident. They asked a whole bunch of vague questions all aimed at seeing if I could claim money from the third party, despite me making it clear I didn’t have any actual discomfort from the crash. - caller: UCIUCICaller11 yearsI've been bombarded with calls from these scammers calling themselves UCI, and no matter how many times I ask them to delete my info and leave me alone, they just keep ringing. Blocking one number doesn't help because they switch to another one immediately. I've reported them to the Information Commissioner's Office and I really recommend everyone else do the same. The ICO takes these things seriously when they get enough complaints, and hopefully it’ll put an end to this rubbish. Their helpline is 0303 1231113 - make sure you note down each UCI number that calls, along with the date and time, and keep reporting. I’m not someone who’s easily intimidated, but these lot have been harassing me nonstop and spreading lies for months. - caller: 01661692972UCIInformation Commissioner ' s OfficeICO11 yearsThey’ve rung us more than a hundred times now and just won’t give up. Always saying we’ve won some cash and then asking us to confirm the claim, which seems a bit suspicious since they say it’s already been granted. The moment they figure out we’re not interested, they hang up straight away. We’ve tried blocking their number but they just keep calling from different ones. - caller: Uci claims11 yearsI’ve had calls from these lot too and they’re proper pushy. Different numbers keep popping up all saying they’re from UCI, usually about some accident I supposedly had. One time, this rude kid said I’d filled out a form online about abusive calls - also claimed he was from UCI. Honestly, these calls are horrible to deal with. There’s got to be a way to block them for good, I just don’t get how they don’t feel bad about it. Here’s the numbers I’ve had so far, and I bet there’ll be more soon: 01549 595503 01375 294903 01452 670590 01392 877552 01661 692972 01834 464824 All this in just three days! I did manage to get a name from one of the calls - Sharon Adams - but who even are these people?UCISharon Adams11 yearsSo I got a call too, from 01675 594922, saying they’d secured me £1000 in compensation. The woman talking was really dodgy, wouldn’t answer any of my questions properly. She said it was about a no-claim accident from over three years ago. Honestly, I can’t believe nothing comes without a cost these days. I’ve tried looking up UCI but nothing turns up. Weird thing is, I just got another call from a different firm about the same claim. Seems like whoever’s selling these lists has made them public or something. The caller said it was UCI.UCICaller11 yearsBeen dealing with absolute rubbish from this mob. They keep ringing me from loads of local numbers, but none let you ring back. Even when I've said stop calling, they just keep at it. Not a single number or address they give for you to contact them, which is weird. They sound like they’ve got Northern accents. I reckon they’ve nicked accident info from some insurance database (probably easy enough) and are pushing you to sign up for some dodgy compensation claim. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust these lot as far as I could throw 'em. - caller: UCIUCI12 yearsThis number rang me earlier, and a woman speaking with a thick northern accent claimed she was calling from United Claims Insurance or something like that, saying they handle car accident claims that are about to be closed. She already knew my full name, where I live, and even the car I own. I told her I'd need to verify that info first, and then she said she'd call me again, but the line dropped suddenly. Tried searching for UCI online but couldn’t find anything matching that company.UCIUnited Claims InsuranceSubmit Your Own Report (01759 762491)
