This bloke had a really harsh tone and said something like, "We've found your Amazon account was compromised and someone used your card to register for an Amazon Prime delivery worth £99.89. Press 1 to talk to our Tech Team." Totally a scam, but I reckon it could be quite worrying for older or more trusting folks.
