Got a weird call today from 0012022187349 pretending to be Amazon. They had this automated message saying "You’ve just bought something worth £300. Press one to confirm." I just hung up straight away. Then, not long after, another call came through from 01759281915 with a similar recorded message claiming "Your £300 order has been accepted. Press one to cancel if you didn’t place it." I didn’t press anything, just ended the call again. I looked at my Amazon account online and there’s no sign of any order like that. Seems like some dodgy scam trying to trick you.
